Radisson Blue Suite

We booked a $900 a night Suite and though it was spacious the lack of a microwave and mini frig was disappointing. The bathroom shower door area had old and cracked sealant as the door would close completely. The bathroom drain was working ~ 50%. Lastly on two occasions the front desk & concierge gave us incorrect information which caused us many hours of extra waiting at the airport. I am a frequent traveler and would have expected a Radisson to have a small shop in the lobby area to buy incidentals. Feel free to contact me Call me on cell 772-486-0308 ...

I think it will help to add more staff we had to carry our luggages upstairs because no one else but one personnel was available and could not leave the front desk. Pool closes too early due to understaffing. The corridors/ hallways had a weird smell, deodorants here could go a long way to help. Over all the location is great and the bedroom nice just didn’t like the service and experience.

We loved staying at this spacious hotel. The room was amazing, great facilities and large balcony. Well stocked mini bar too. Staff were very attentive especially Mahud at the beach. Both the pool and beach area were great. I felt the pool area was a bit understaffed but the staff did their best to serve you. It’s 20mins or so in the bus or tram into nice old town but both were just there by the hotel. Will definitely return if I’m able.

This place is nice. Has a nice terrace. It’s generally clean but it was super humid in our room even with air conditioning, no fans in the bathroom so it would get quite wet everywhere when someone would shower. There was also a lot of mold on the ceiling, from water damage so that wasn’t great. The room itself was an okay size. It was kind of far from all the things you may want to do in old town (about a 50 minute walk). But otherwise the facilities are fine and it’s pretty good, just maybe not worth the price or if you want to pay more, stay somewhere a bit closer to Old Nice.

Just what we needed during our steamy hot week in Nice was the lovely rooftop pool. The view of the promenade and sea from our room was perfect. We upgraded for the daily breakfast which is a must. Things to improve - stairs into the pool were loose and people/staff didn’t pick up towels after use so hard to tell what chairs were take or free. The bathroom tub/shower needs a good scrub as there was mold around the edges and sinks.

Aymen and Nael were so welcoming and accommodating on my arrival! It set the tone for an amazing stay. I liked it so much I stayed two more nights. The location is a dream and taking the bikes to downtown Nice is really fun.

Great location & wonderful service!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff made all the difference with our family stay! Our suite was spacious and the balcony view of the city and sea was wonderful. We enjoyed the beach access. Close to the airport. Easy access to the tram to go to Old Town and other sites. Highly recommend!!

Not a 5 star but a good location

Good location as close to the hotel and the beach. I would not rate this as a 5 star - very basic rooms, thin towels and toilet paper. The hair conditioner pot was empty and the balcony step and around the sink were worn. Some nice and happy staff, but some seem grumpy and stressed. Service at breakfast was good but around the rest of the hotel, including the restaurant and pool area was slow. Very expensive mini bar and we couldn't believe guests have to pay for the sun loungers on the private area of the beach. The breakfast was good with a wide range of food. Pool area was also pleasant and not too crowded. A very basic and poorly equipped gym. Not sure we would return again.
