The hotel itself is pretty good. Room was clean and organized but, upon arrival only a lady which you can tell is the housekeeper gave us our rooms. I rented 2! On reception there was nobody for a long time. I wanted to ask about the tours. The man at the reception that showed up after said he had not clue about the tours. The shower got flooded, couple of times I had to shower with cold water because the hot water was gone. Poor information. At night there I nobody at reception so if anything happens you are on your own. Location suck! Poor food choices and transportation. Most of the people rented cars which I was not comfortable doing. 2 nights in and I left to another hotel and owner refused to give any money back. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Muy bien servicio y atención al cliente, la habitación en excelentes condiciones, muy aseada y con todos los servicios disponibles. Lo único que mejoraría es en relación al parqueo, podrían acondicionar el area interna para poder ofrecer algunos espacios de parqueo para quienes vengan en su propio automóvil.
