La ubicación está genial, incluso con parking que eso vale mucho. El apartamento es amplio, pero tienen que renovarlo, el horno no funciona, la caldera se apaga cada dos por tres y te quedas sin agua caliente en la ducha, y necesita renovacion de mobiliario (sillas, utiles de cocina, ...)

L'emplacement et le parking sont idéaux pour profiter de Peñíscola sans prendre la voiture.L'appartement est grand, conforme aux photos.Bémol sur la propreté et le système d'aération des pièces d'eau qui fait profiter du tabac fumé par les voisins.La proximité de l'agence (de l'autre côté de la rue) rend l'entrée et la sortie très faciles.Nous avons bien profité du séjour.

Pues la ubicacion ideal, y para los q ibamos 5 adultos y un niño genial. Salvo porque olia a hunedad mogollon, y que ni habia aire acondicionado....ni un triste ventilador. Y siendo las habitaciones interiores....no corria nada d aire. Dormir cero por la calor...y en el resto del piso mas de lo mismo mucha calor y muchos mosquitos. De echo en mi habitacion habia hasta marcas de sangre en las paredes de haber estado matando mosquitos.. Yo lo siwntoyo desde luego alli no volvere.

grand appartement

Grand appartement, près des plages, de la ville, du supermarché, de la Sierra de Irta... Literie extra. Petite terrasse agréable donnant sur une rue peu passante,nous y avons pris tous nos repas agréablement. Le loueur n'y peut rien mais "une voisine" un peu bruyante et les locataires précédents n'étaient pas doués pour la vaisselle, seule chose à faire à la sortie de la location, le ménage pris en charge par le loueur était bien. Peniscola et la sierra de Irta supers, Valence un plaisir, l'arrière pays et ses villes perchées j'y reviendrai car c'est magnifique. Dans cet appartement je retournerais avec plaisir (et avec mes Boules Quies, la panacée du sommeil du voyageur!!)
