Super vacances Peniscola

Jolie maison confortable et bien équipée. Joli jardin, magnifique piscine, belle terrasse, belle vue sur la mer et la côte balnéaire. Quartier tranquille. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille. Le lave vaisselle était en panne mais ce sont des choses qui arrivent. Par contre la clim payante dans la maison principale ça fait un peu pingre... Ca a au moins l'avantage d inciter à ne pas l'utiliser pour rien. Je recommande vivement cette location pour de super vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Points positifs: - jolie vue mer - piscine top sans vis a vis - literie confortable - maison propre - internet haut debit stable ( environ 6mbits/s) Point negatifs : - climatisation payante avec un systeme de pieces a mettre pour la faire fonctionner ( gros gros point noir et ce n est pas precisé dans l annonce ) - cable tv qui traverse le salon - frigo en mauvais etat - chasse d eau qui reste souvent bloquée - vis a vis dans la maison - impossibilite de garer un vehicule dans la proprieté. - douche extérieure pour la piscine inutilisable Nota: je ne peux pas evaluer le studio secondaire car non utilisé.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Belle villa avec une très belle et grande piscine, joli jardin. Adam et Maria sont très gentils et disponibles. En revanche, il manque un stationnement pour 2 véhicules. Merci Céline T.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances

Une villa propre, spacieuse et très bien équipée, une piscine superbe, tout le nécessaire pour passer des très belles vacances dans un coin où la vue est magnifique. Le belvédère de la villa est d'ailleurs l'endroit rêvé pour vos photos souvenirs... La personne accueillante sur place pour la remise des clés est très gentille et disponible. Personnellement, le seul petit point négatif est qu'on ne sait rien faire à pied... Moi qui suis une adepte des promenades et de la plage, il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture.

Muy Agradable la estancia

Bonita casa, en general, apartada de la aglomeracion de la gente y ruidos, muy bien equipada de todo lo necesario y mas unas vistas fabulosas buena temperatura, lo unico asi por decir algo el cesped podria estar un poco iluminado y cortado, pero en general muy bien todo, nosotros esperamos volver a repetir lo recomendamos.
