Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Belle terrasse et belle vue. Équipements complet. Malheureusement nous avons subi le manque de ménage des locataires précédents. Il faudrait prévoir le ménage entre chaque locataire afin d'éviter ce type d'aléa.

Descanso y playa en Peñíscola

La estancia en el apartamento de Jean-Pierre y Christine en Peñíscola ha sido fantástica. La descripción del apartamento se ajusta a la realidad, vistas al mar y a la montaña y la terraza grande espectacular. La urbanización es muy tranquila y no hemos pasado nada de calor. La piscina muy bien, entorno limpio y bien cuidado, sin aglomeraciones de gente. Necesitas coche para ir a Peñíscola, aunque hay parada de bus en la entrada de la urbanización. La comunicación con Jean-Pierre muy bien, aunque mejor en francés. Un tanto peculiar resulta la entrada y entrega de llaves, aunque nosotros no hemos tenido ningún problema. La limpieza depende del inquilino saliente, en nuestro caso encontramos el apartamento en buenas condiciones y las llaves con las instrucciones llegan por correo postal, al terminar la estancia hay que devolverlas al propietario por el mismo medio. La TV solo tiene canales franceses, preferimos no resintonizar y conectamos la entrada HDMI de la tele al portátil para ver los canales españoles por internet. La conexión WIFI muy buena. El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario, solo llevamos nuestra propias sábanas y toallas. Tiene dos frigoríficos pequeños que enfrían bien, pero no son aptos para conservar helados. Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente que Jean-Pierre se ofreció a solucionar aunque para nosotros no era imprescindible. Muy amablemente nos ofreció una compensación muy adecuada. En resumen, estancia excelente y propietarios muy bien.

Para repetir como siempre

Nos encanta esa zona y el apartamento estaba genial, con todo todo de detalles como si estuvieras en tu casa, detergente, ambientadores, aspiradora, plancha y un largo etc. 2 terrazas una muy amplia con tumbonas, un buen tendedero, una mesa de piedra y blancos para comer,y la otra bien para cenar en ella. Esta a 4km del pueblo de Peñíscola pero compensa primero por el aparcamiento que siempre encuentras, segundo porque siempre tiraba el aíre con lo cual mucho más fresco, y por la tranquilidad que solo se oyen pájaros mientras duermes o estás en la piscina, que por cierto está genial con un pequeño parque, zona de juegos con pin pon, billar, dardos y unos baños muy amplios. Lo recomendamos y volveremos!

Ubicación tranquila y agradable

La localización adjunta al Parque Natural de la Sierra de Irta nos encantó. Nos movimos en bici y usamos los caminos para disfrutar de calas como Pebret. La estancia fue agradable y cómoda.

Location très agréable, propre et très bien équipée. Literie récente et impeccable. Clim dans la chambre appréciée par forte chaleur. Propriétaire, sympa et à l'écoute qui met tout en œuvre pour rendre le séjour agréable pour ses vacanciers. Voiture indispensable car location située dans une résidence un peu éloignée du centre de PENISCOLA. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour !

Bel appartement, très agréables terrasses

Très propre, très bien équipé, l'appartement s'ouvrent sur deux terrasses. L'une d'elles est immense et agrandi l'espace vers la réserve naturelle de la Serra d'Irta, agréable pour ses plages, ses sentiers pédestres et VTT. L'espace est aménagé avec goût par et pour M & Mme LIDY, la location sera confortable hors saison grâce à la présence des radiateurs dans la pièce principale et de la clim réversible dans la chambre. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Zona muy tranquila y bonita

Hemos estado en pareja muy bien la estancia.. Queríamos una zona muy tranquila y hemos acertado.. El apartamento está muy bien sobre todo con 2 terrazas 1 de ellas tremenda. Esta equipado muy bien.. No le falta de nada..Volveremos otro año si es posible.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Peniscola. La location est conforme au descriptif et aux photos ; elle est très propre, fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût. La piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue . Nous avons apprécié pouvoir nous retrouver au calme à l'écart de l'agitation du centre de Peniscola en plein été. Le propriétaire est sympathique, arrangeant et facilement joignable au téléphone. Bref ! une adresse à conserver bien précieusement
