SEMI-DETACHED HOUSE WITH PATIO IN THE PEÑISMAR AREA (NORTH BEACH)

Newly renovated townhouse with patio of 90m2 and with free access to the water park acualandia (from June to the end of September). It is 200 meters from the beach and the promenade, where there are restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, tobacconist. The house consists of 1 room with a bed of 150 and another room with a bunk bed with 150 down and 90 bed upstairs. The mattresses are Flex spring bagged for a better rest. Both rooms have ceiling fans. The house has in the delivery room to the rooms and air conditioning room. The living room has a comfortable chaislonge sofa and a lift table in case you want to eat inside the house instead of in the patio. One of the bathrooms is in the patio and is perfect for when you come from the beach to be able to remove the sand and climb without sand to the house. The house has laundry room with washing machine. There is a high chair in case you go with small children and a cot (you have to warn him).
The car can be parked inside the courtyard of the house.
