Built along a cycle path, enjoy long bike rides in the southern Bigouden region. Built on a fenced plot of 1500 m², this 110 m² house, designed to accommodate 9 people (6 adults maximum and 3 children), offers a fantastic playground for outdoor activities, for both small and large.Distributed over two levels, you will first discover the ground floor, with an independent and fully equipped kitchen. There you will find an oven, a microwave, a gas hob, as well as a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker will be at your disposal to start the day well.In the living area, you can all gather in the dining room around a large, friendly table to share good meals. Another option is the terrace, with its garden furniture and charcoal barbecue, ideal for delicious grilled dishes. To relax, the living room has a large corner sofa and a television.At this same level, you will find a master bedroom with a large king-size bed (180x200) and its adjoining bathroom with shower.Upstairs, three other rooms are available to you: the large bedroom of 23 m² and the blue bedroom, both of which have a double bed (140x190).
