Descend the stairs from the road to this bright and airy classic beach side home and you will immediately be lakeside. From the moment you step inside, this house is ready to impress: you'll be greeted by a kitchen with plenty of storage, and a large counter sporting ample bar-style seating. The kitchen opens into the main living area, allowing you and your friends or family to comfortably relax in the house. The living room offers various, cozy seating, along with natural light from the windows, offering great views of the lake. The first floor is complete with a half bath where you will also find the stackable washer/dryer.

A short climb up the stairs will bring you to the three bedrooms – two each with a queen bed, and the third with a full size bed. Completing the upstairs is the full bathroom with a shower tub combo, and a door that leads to the exterior stairs to the parking area.

For all of its indoor comfort, the true appeal of this home is the fabulous outdoor and lakeside space. A wrap around deck along the side of the house plays host to a wide range of comfortable lounge seating. Barely a few steps from the deck is a fenced in lawn and private dock. The dock stretches 10 feet out into the water, where you can enjoy spectacular views of Keuka Lake.

Feeling hungry for something other than a home-cooked meal? Just minutes down the road is the Olney Place, a deli and market featuring many local products. Fifteen minutes north you'll find the town of Penn Yan, itself sporting numerous award-winning eateries and popular bars, with live music and year-round events a regular occurrence. With so many activities to choose from in one beautiful area, it's never hard to carve out your own little piece of lakeside paradise here at Edgewater Escape!

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
