Originally built in 1894, the home blends restored historic charm with modern comfort. It is ideal for family gatherings, wedding weekends, reunions, wine trips, Keuka College visits, and group getaways.
The property is always private and never shared. When you book the Keuka Cove House, your group has exclusive use of the home, outdoor spaces, lakefront area, and dock.

One of the most unique features of the Keuka Cove House is its flexible four-space layout. The property functions as one large home, while still giving guests the ability to spread out into more private sleeping and living areas.
The main house offers the largest shared gathering spaces, including comfortable living areas, dining space, a full kitchen, lake-facing porches, and several bedrooms.
The additional private spaces/units provide separate sleeping areas, private bathrooms, kitchenette-style convenience, and added flexibility for couples, grandparents, families with kids, or guests who prefer a quieter place to retreat at the end of the night.
Each of the four units has its own private entrance with keyless entry, giving guests added convenience and flexibility throughout the stay. The spaces are also connected and designed to function together as one cohesive home, making it easy for your group to gather, move between areas, and enjoy the property together.
