Vacation Rental Cabin, Keuka Lake Outlet-Trail, Wine Trail. Brand New in 2016
Brand New Vacation rental Cabin situated on a 5 acre parcel bordering the Keuka Lake Outlet and the Outlet Trail. The Outlet Trail is just over 6 miles long and runs from Keuka Lake (Penn Yan) to Seneca Lake (Dresden). The Cabin is fully insulated and features an electric fireplace, Air Conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot and USB chargers for cell phones/electronics. Cabin has a queen size bed which sleeps 2, futon sleeps 1, There are fire pits that can be used for campfires. Plenty of dry seasoned firewood on site for only $5 per bundle. There is a modern flush toilet and sink housed in a separate building on the property, New Shower building April 2017. Perfect get a way. Need more sleeping capacity ? Inquire ahead as we may be able to park our camper there for more sleeping capacity (2)(added fee) On site RV hookup available as well.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cabin, which features a fireplace. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a sofa bed.
