Inside downstairs is one room. I has a comfortable sofa bed, easy chairs and fold out dinning is a kitchen unit with a double induction hob, microwave/grill, fridge, coffè machine, kettle, and pots pans etc.
There is a bistro set to use outside the front. Heating Is By pellet burner or fan heater. There are fans for the summer. A storage cupboard under the stairs holds an iron and ironing board, and extra chairs. A small door at the bottom of the stairs hides the safe and water shut off
A welcome pack of a few essentials always provided.
Upstairs
Bathroom with shower loo and bidet
Bedroom double bed with room for a fold down single if required. Dressing table hanging rail and chest of drawers
Balcony. A washing line and pegs are in the Dressing table drawer.
Outside
There is a key safe collect keys on arrival. Code provided at the time.
