A double bedroom with its own shower/WC and air conditioning is also located on this level, providing added privacy and convenience. A separate shower/WC serves the remaining common areas of the ground floor. On the upper floor, the sleeping arrangements continue with 2 double bedrooms, each fitted with air conditioning, as well as 1 room with 3 beds and air conditioning, and 1 small room with 1 bed. A bath/WC is available on this floor to serve the upper-level bedrooms. The property enjoys a panoramic view and benefits from a loggia that invites you to relax and take in the surroundings.
