if you dont want to get robbed to park dont stay.

PARKING RATE OUTRAGEOUS. $36.74 PER NIGHT FOR WHAT? PAY TO PARK SO I CAN PAY TO STAY AT YOUR LESS THAN 4 STAR HOTEL? I AM CANCELLING MY HILTON HONORS. WHY WOULD I WANT TO SUPPORT A BUSINESS THAT NICKEL AND DIMES ME TO DEATH. THERE ARE OTHER HOTELS WHO REPECT THEIR CLIENTS AND DONT CHARGE TO PARK.

The first room we had the toilet kept running off and on and it was loud so I went down to the front desk and they moved us to a different room. I’m glad they did because then we were on the 1st floor and it was lot more convenient for us.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport but mainly for the laundry services. When we checked in we were informed the laundry was quarters only. But they were a cashless facility. We had to take an Uber to get change. I wouldn’t have stayed there had I k own. Hotel is old. Needs updating

Shuttle pickup was not on time and it took a while waiting before it got there. Driver never got out of the shuttle driver's seat and didn't help with the luggage even though my wife was struggling getting it in the shuttle. Now the driver driving us to the airport was there before 4:30 am, curteous and very sociable, not just with us but witn everone that boarded that shuttle. He helped us and everone load and unload the luggage. A very good ambassador for your property.

All staff is kind and friendly. Which is why i dont mind spending a little more to stay here vs the competition. Food is always amazing, evening reception is always great, big rooms with separate bed and sofa spaces. Will always stay again.
