Windermere, 13 miles. Access is via a small, private holiday park under the same ownership. Good location for peace and quiet yet only ¼ mile walk to Pooley Bridge with shops, pubs, cafes and steamer trips. Young children’s play area and small football pitch nearby. NP81 is adjacent to the owners quiet seasonal holiday park with no letting or sub letting. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
