The most stunning views

This was our second stay here, and it was just as amazing as the first. The condo is stunning, and comes with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Make sure to check the closet for lots of beach gear! But our favorite part is the view; pictures just don’t do it justice, it’s breathtaking!Check in is super easy, the staff is friendly and helpful, there’s endless things to do at the resort. And Mary gives lots of great welcome info as far as food and entertainment. Thanks for another great vacation, we can’t recommend the place enough!

Portofino

I’ve rented condos from Gulf Shores to Mexico Beach for 20 years and this was, by far, the best equipped condo I’ve had the fortune to stay in. Plenty of pots/pans(and not just some cheap garbage), assorted spices, coffee and tea, pool/beach stuff, etc. it actually felt like home versus just another rental. The ottoman fold out bed was an excellent idea. Outdoor furniture was great. All of the furnishings were similar in quality to what I would choose personally. Fantastic unit made for a fantastic family vacation!

AMAZING

Mary is the absolute best. The condo has EVERYTHING and I mean everything, super kid friendly, and the resort is just beautiful. Kids did sound and beach side- both easy access, and close to everything in town. Loved it and can’t wait to go back!!!

We loved this condo and that it was a bit up the road from the busy Pensacola area, but close enough to be convenient. All the decor and touches in the condo were amazing!! It was stocked with so much we didn’t expect. The view from the balcony was beautiful one of my favorite things on vacation is to get up and watch the sunrise before the kids are up and it was absolutely perfect for that. The pool and restaurants on site were also great to have when we didn’t want to go out. We would recommend this one!!

Really Beautiful Stay

Condo is very comfortable and luxurious. Even though it looks beautiful and high end it’s also very family friendly. Lots of things to play with. Lots of beach things to borrow if needed. The kids bedroom was mermaid themed and our daughter loved that. The only complaint that we had is that it’s quite far down from where the restaurants are. It’s pretty secluded from everything. Which makes it very quiet which is nice but going anywhere is kind of a haul. There’s a starbucks within the resort that’s really easy to walk to. Overall really great. We really liked it

Truly Delightful!

After Dune Delight was the perfect place to celebrate my 50th birthday. The condo was spacious, clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, well appointed and the host promptly responded to questions. I made it a daily routine to relax on the patio overlooking the spectacular views of Santa Rosa Sound. I’ll definitely book here again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time here. The condo is exactly as described, so beautiful inside and out. The location is perfect, especially the view of both the ocean and the sound. We mostly stayed in and cooked, but we did go down to the restaurant/bar area, and it was lovely. The workout area is exceptional as well. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Lovely stay and lovely host

This property was great for a lot of reasons. The tennis pro, Arthur, might have been the highlight of the entire week. He is amazing with both adults and children alike and instilled a love of tennis in our 11 year old in as little as a couple of days. He also went of his way to be sure the whole family had what we needed to have an evening game together. Although you are not technically overlooking the beach from this unit, you can see plenty of the ocean beach and the beach of the sound on both sides with a beautiful view. You also have a view of the tennis courts from this unit. You cannot see the pool. The walk to the beach is less than 200 yards and the apartment is stocked with a lot of great beach gear including chairs (with backpack straps), a giant beach tote, large beach towels, and boogie boards. There are no lifeguards on this beach, but the flags are easily visible so one knows what to expect. Check in/out is at a building in front of the four towers. Each tower has it's own small pool. The main pools and community center with spa, shop, and concierge is right next to this tower, so maybe a 30-50 yard walk. Ask about wheelchair accessibility if needed. I would guess they have it, but we encountered a lot of stairs on our way to the elevators and around the complex. You do need to cross a street to get to the beach. There is a well marked cross walk at the complex and we felt comfortable allowing our older children to cross unassisted.

Exactly as advertised. Well equipped, well run. Loved the view of both the bay side and ocean side at the same time, and the feeling of seclusion that someone isnt looking in your balcony windows. Great host
