House was adequate, served our needs. Bedding was okay. Kitchen is well equipped, however problems with the ovens, 1 doesn’t properly close and the other basically doesn’t function. Elevator was helpful with taking luggage/grocery’s up. Beach amenities were nice. Hot water was a struggle, I am sure due to tankless water heaters. Beach access was great. Overall I would say our stay was pleasant.

This was the perfect home for a beach vacation, with easy access to the beach and the bay, and in a gated community. The accommodation was very comfortable. We appreciated the large spaces to gather on the decks, living room, and game room. Beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas were a special treat. Katrina was very responsive and communicated with us often. This was our best family gathering to date. I highly recommend this home.

Last Minute to the "Gulf of America" for Memorial Day!

Three Generations wanted to head to the beach as soon as school was out. We were so happy to find this comfortable, well appointed, conveniently located home. The owner thought of everything and made it available for us right down to the beach chairs, umbrellas and baby gates. Communication w/ Katrina was a breeze just like the porch swing! We enjoyed an unexpected firework show by Portofino from the deck. The community pool is viewable from the house and the dock and bay are just a short walk. I highly recommend for a large family or group and will definitely return.

It’s a big house with plenty of room for big groups. They had everything we needed. It’s on a quiet end of the island and is nice to be away from the busy boardwalk area if you’re with kids. The beach is a short walk, so be ready to haul everything, but they have a couple nice wagons to use. It was nice to be next to the pool as well. I’d recommend this place if you like the Pensacola Beach area.

The house provided so much space for our family of 12 adults. It was located next door to the pool. Simple walk to both the beach and bay. We loved the margarita machine. It had everything you need. Plenty of beach supplies and entertainment.

Family beach visit

The best vacation ever. The kids loved the gameplay and we all loved the corn hole boards as a pastime when we weren’t at the beach. I cannot say anything bad about this property or Katrina (owner) The grandkids even said best place we have stayed at. And we usually visit annually with our family.

Stunning Beach location

This was a fabulous beach house in a quiet gated community. The sound is on one side and the gulf on the other. The beach is right across street. We had everything we needed at the house. Katrina was quick to respond to our communications and very helpful. The only improvement would be regarding the twin sleeper chairs. We had to borrow a cushion from another chair to make a full twin bed.They seem to be designed to remove the cushions and place a twin mattress on the frame. Otherwise the house was perfect for our family get together.

Most amazing house ever!

I have been coming to Pensacola for 20 plus years and this is the best house I have ever rented. The house was stocked with any and everything you could need. It even had a fully stocked spice drawer! The balcony views are incredible. The neighborhood has always been a favorite of mine. Gated with a pool and a pier in walking distance. This house is the best in the neighborhood. Katrina thought of everything when it came to games, beach gear, the best beach chairs, beach towels, shampoo/conditioner in every bath and every kitchen appliance you could ask for. I will rent this house again!

Wonderful Stay and Property

This house is the best stocked house I've ever stayed in . The Kitchen , beach toys , beach chairs , wagons . Beds were comfortable . The only thing I can even remotely complain about would be you couldn't lower the thermostat below 70 and we are all used to sleeping at 68 at night but we went and bought box fans and that worked. The location of this home is wonderful with the sound or the beach as your choice to play in and even thought we didn't use the pool . It is super handy to this home and looked nice. The views are wonderful . Neighborhood was quiet . You want regret staying in this beautiful home !

Milestone Birthday perfection and lots of healing help

Beautiful, perfect lodgings for our stay. We were 12 women who all turned 70 in the past 18 months. Several of our group are undergoing major trials, so this getaway, long overdue, was greatly needed to support, encourage, and love on one another during these times. The setup couldn't have been more perfect. The weather was pretty much a gift, too. We were able to either sit on the sugar-white Gulf sand, but even more time on the magnificent porch around the table, or the spacious wonderful living/dining area. We will definitely be back there if they will have us! And lots of our group have a lot of experience in gorgeous places!

Worderful Vacation Rental

The space was perfect for my family to celebrate a family birthday. Every bedroom has its own bathroom so no one had to share. The house was well decorated, completely stocked, and very comfortable. The wrap around porches, both covered and uncovered, were amazing! The owner was wonderfully accommodating. We would stay there again anytime!
