RECENTLY UPDATED- Located on the FIFTH floor---- this 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo GULF FRONT on Pensacola Beach is what vacation dreams are made of! Enjoy gorgeous views from the balcony, direct beach access (NO street to cross) or choose to lounge in one of the two on-site pools or hot tub. Rental includes 2 complimentary beach chairs! We provide a very helpful welcome packet prior to arrival that tells you everything you need to know about the condo, the complex, and area! :)

This condo is a Two-Bedroom, Two- Bathroom (Sleeps 6) condo with outstanding gulf views! It offers a washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, and balcony seating for everyone!
The Guest Bedroom offers a bunk-bed set (the kids will love)! It is a twin over full bunk with a pull-out trundle. There is closet space as well as a TV.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need if you want to stay in!
The Guest Bathroom is located in the hallway which has a vanity sink with a shower/tub combo.
The Dining Room has excellent views of the water when you are enjoying a nice breakfast or dinner, seating for 8!
The Living Room offers seating for the family.
The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, Gulf-Views, TV, and closet space.
The Master Bathroom offers a vanity and a shower/tub combo

For each guest we provide:

My family stayed at this condo for one night. This may be better suited for a family staying for a longer period of time wanting the great beach access. The location is great. However, the accommodations in the condo are just ok. The furniture all seemed to be very used. We sank into the loveseat when sitting. The bunk room is very small and the bed was shaky. My girls woke up every time one of them rolled over. While the linens were all clean, the condo felt very much like a worn out rental. View was great but the glass on the sliders were dirty. Management company was ok with communication. If anything, there were too many emails!

Our daughter was finally able to experience a "summer" birthday in the winter! We celebrated her 16th in this beautiful condo and it was very memorable for her. The weather was perfect and warm enough to enjoy the beach. Quiet and clean. Only thing I would change is there was limited kitchen essentials and furniture was semi comfortable. Otherwise, fabulous place to stay!

A beautiful view of Pensacola Beach

I spent Christmas day on the road on the way to Orlando, Florida from South Texas. The condo itself was perfect. The location was perfect. The only problem was the check in process. The condo has a keypad on the front door, however the complex itself is gated and required a separate code that was sent via email, but I never received it till this today. Yes I checked my spam emails. Imagine yourself trying to contact the property managers on Christmas day. Huge hassle with family in tow. Luckily a resident let us in the complex and we made do. Hopefully the check in process can be smoother next time, cause I do think everything else was great with the condo.

The condo was in a perfect location with beautiful views. The manager took care of an issue quickly and with great kindness and understanding that was very much appreciated. I would recommend this condo if you want a quiet place near all the restaurants and action Pensacola offers.

This property was great. The views from the condo were amazing. It was spacious enough for the family. It is well maintained and clean. My only wish is that we could stay longer. The beach chairs were ready for us as listed. The pool was clean and not crowded. Thank you for a nice weekend away. Also the manager of the property called us back quickly when we had a little difficulty checking in.

Excellent Stay!

We truly enjoyed our time at this property. The condo itself was clean and had such a comfortable feel to it. We loved that it was ocean front with a great view. The included beach chairs for our time at the beach was very much appreciated. Communication with the property owners was always quick, thorough, and consistent. The location was also great. Lots I’d restaurants and activities close by. Nothing was too long of a walk or drive so we just had a great time all around. An excellent experience overall and we really hope to come back again!

Charming, clean and cozy condo

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The views were amazing, and everything was very clean. It was close to the beach and great to have two chairs and an umbrella. It was also close to a number of restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again! The only negative was a noise at night we could hear from the master bedroom that could never be identified.
