Spanish Key 504 is a spacious, 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit featuring wood tile floors throughout, stainless appliances, full-sized washer/ dryer, Wi-Fi. The dining table seats 4 plus 4 more at the breakfast bar. With a king, queen, full, and 3 twin beds, unit 504 can accommodate up to 9 guests.

Spanish Key is situated directly on the beautiful beach of Perdido Key, FL, located just 5 minutes from Orange Beach, AL. You are sure to love all of the great amenities offered at Spanish Key such as an indoor pool, beach-side outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, well-equipped exercise facility, and BBQ area. Third-party service companies provide beach chair & umbrella rentals, parasailing, jet ski rentals at the beach behind the condominium. Spanish Key is ideally located within walking distance to world-class dining, nightlife, charter fishing, and a marina.

Spanish Key unit 504 is a lovely, spacious, 3 bedroom/ 3 bath, 5th floor unit featuring wood tile floors throughout. The large open floor plan in the living, dining, and kitchen area will prove to be plenty of space for the entire family to enjoy. The dining table seats four plus the wrap-around bar will accommodate an extra four. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, gulf views, and balcony access. The master bathroom features a walk-in closet, dual vanity, jet tub, and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a captain’s bed (full on bottom and twin on top) plus a pullout trundle bed, while the third bedroom includes a queen-sized bed plus a bunk bed. Each bedroom includes a flat screen TV. This unit will comfortable sleep 10.

The condo is complete with everything that you will need to have a fantastic beach vacation such as an iron and ironing board, full-sized washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and bath towels and bed linens. The well-equipped, gourmet kitchen features granite counters, a large double door refrigerator, and stainless appliances. The balcony is accessible from the living area or the master bedroom and is a wonderful place to enjoy coffee as the sun rises over the gulf.

The Neighborhood:
Spanish Key is ideally located 100' to the world-famous Flora Bama, 5 minutes to Orange Beach, within walking distance to dining, nightlife, charter fishing, and a marina.

Unit rents Saturday to Saturday in the Summer.

WHAT WE SUPPLY: The space is fully furnished and includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, bath towels, & well-equipped kitchen. The condo is re-provisioned each year at the beginning of the rental season; however, we make no guarantee that all items will be in the condo during your stay. Please contact us if you feel something is missing that should be there. Bed and bath linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. This is meant more as an added convenience and NOT meant to last for the entire stay. The amenity starter pack usually includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and one bath soap bar in each full bathroom. Each full-bath is set up with bath four towels, washcloths, hand towels, and one bathmat. While we don’t provide extra towels, the space is equipped with a washer & dryer.

TIPS ON WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Please bring paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters (or k-cups depending on the unit), beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation. We do not supply anything that may be consumed (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) or anything for the beach or pool.

REFRIGERATOR: Check-in day was most likely a check-out day for another guest. This means the fridge has likely been open for an extended period. It can take up to 12 hours for the fridge to cool fully cool back down.

AIR CONDITIONER: On very hot days (90+ degrees) please be aware that the A/C units will NOT cool below 20 degrees difference for the outside temperature. Do not set the temperature so low it causes the unit to freeze up which could cause damage. Do not run HVAC with exterior door open.
