rooms clean cheap fair price, house keeping nice travis was excellent the front desk men were awesome the women on the other hand very dry coa short not very welcoming on cheek on any dates booked online or walk in never hello or good by or jave a good day or night the womem actually nener replied ti much of anything even win u inquired on how they were doing. they seem more fit for house keeping than the face of the front desk welcoming some one to there property. other than the women at front desk the stay was great as useal i still recommend it for the price and location.

The door key was a pain, but it was clean and had fairly nice furniture that is modern with cool blue floors. The staff was friendly and professional. Nice size tv with microwave and fridge. We will definitely stay again if we need a local place, and refer our friends and family when they come to Pensacola for a visit!

First time we arrived a crackhead was tweaking outside. Needed to fill out a sketchy looking form and pay $100 fee and was told that I would get paid back to me in 3-5 business days. I have NOT received it back! Had these noticeable stains on our blankets. None of our towels were clean and had pubes and hair on them. Asked for more towels cuz we ran out and was only given a single towel (!!). Overall, DO NOT recommend

This place, was awesome. I'm disabled. And finding hotels that will accommodate you is hard . I have mobility issues, trouble getting to the bathroom, trouble loading my truck back up. This staff went out of their way, helped me into my room multiple times, took my luggage to my truck for me, gave me clean towels and linens when the toilet basically exploded all over in a huge mess. Even brought a new key to me so I didn't have to go to the lobby. These people are seriously wonderful. I mean that. It's terrible living with a disability and having issues like I do and then when simple stuff like a toilet backing up happens and you can't stop it.. the staff here is amazing... 10 stars
