Staff friendly and efficient. Coffee, hot tea and cocoa available 24 hours along with water and lemon, cookies out a little after 5 pm. . Some pictures and description on Hotels.com are inaccurate, but the hotel was nice and our room was spacious Breakfast was delicious and sitting area is roomy with lots of choices.

Great place to stay, friendly and helpful staff! Only reason not to give 5 stars is that they didn’t have any streaming services available because they have to replace their tv boxes I believe. They had live TV however.

Clean room and amenities were nice. A microwave in the rooms would be convenient rather than having to go downstairs. Staff was kind & professional. Room next door was talking so loud after hours but didn't want to 'cause issues bt reporting it to front desk. A quiet hours signs can help with this.

Repeated issues and I went to the desk many times and they seemed dis-interested in helping. I called numerous times during the night over concerns and no one answered the phone. Reported it and they again didn’t care. Would never stay here again

Staff were excellent, knowledgeable on your systems and very helpful My room was 217 and I experienced a problem with a noise in the room. I stayed 3 nights and didnt get much sleep due to an odd (and very loud) single bang sound every hour or so behind the shower encloser. It sounded like a pipe expanding or like a plastic bottle being crumblled under foot. It would happen every hout or so day and night which was impossible to sleep thru. We were in pensacola to compete in a professional sport so a good night's sleep was very very important

The staff were so accommodating!! Our flight at the airport was cancelled we called and asked for a shuttle ride from the airport and they picked us up 10 minutes later. They also provided us a ride back to the airport the next mor. They couldn’t have made it any easier for us considering the circumstances with our flight being cancelled.
