So much to like

Impeccably clean, staff are great. Lots to do for kids, excellent location. Not expecting a five star but the beds were pretty average. Breakfast was scarring. Please - hot dogs cut in half and put in a warmer are not sausages. Home fries need to be fried before being put in a warmer. Juice and coffee should have, like, juice and coffee in the water. Waffles saved it as they are standard hotel stuff. So very much to like - staff are great, some new renos. But take the wallpaper off and pain before it lifts from the wall. And get rid of the love seat. Bin it. But it’s seriously clean

No elevator, Very difficult to carry luggage up the stairs. Also, no closet to hang up the cloths, only a couple of hooks which is vastly insufficient. We do not care for a sink in the bedroom area. The above means we will not be coming back to this facility.

A very nice hotel! We had a balcony with the pool view! Loved the pool, hot tub and spray park! Room was large. Staff were great! Breakfast was good! We wish we could have stayed another night. Thank you!

The place was easy and convenient for what we needed for our stay. Both pools were open but no time to use the facilities. We just wasn’t able to get into the gym facilities tho. Was locked.

We spilled some water on the floor from our cooler. This picture shows how dirty the floor was when we cleaned up the spill. Clearly they do not wash the floors. Also the fish tank in the breakfast room is disgusting. Clean it or get rid of it. Will not be returning to this location.
