Newly renovated, clean and quiet - we were further back off main drag. Love the communal bbq areas - family friendly and across street from beach - great location for beach and some restaurants. Walk to downtown core doable. Staff very friendly and responsive to questions. They provide beach towels which is helpful and well stocked kitchen.

Great location, across the street from the beach and next to restaurants and ice cream shops. Rooms are beautifully renovated, clean and very equipped with everything you need (ie. French press, kettle, pans, cutting boards, cutlery, plates, oven, etc) firepits, bbq and beach towels as well. All you need for a stay en Penticton, walk to beach, canal, restaurants, farmers market , and a 6 min drive to Naramata wineries. You must stay. Great for a family amd groups of friends.

First Time in Penticton - Family of 4

Overall, extremely happy with our stay. The location is of course amazing and the second floor sitting area is great to relax and look out at the beach/water. Staff were very friendly and rooms were nicely updated and clean. The reason this review wasn't a full 5 stars is because of a few things. 1) When we entered out room it smelt quite musty. The bathroom was where it was worst. But we opened the windows and aired out the room. 2) The outlets on the back wall (bedroom and bathroom) only worked if the light switch was on. This was inconvenient for charging tech in the bedroom in the night. There were other outlets to use of course. 3) Bedroom door and bathroom door could not be shut. This may have been due to thw wood expanding from the moisture so the door doesn't fit. We pulled them closed lightly enough so they were shut but not stuck. Those things aside, we would book this hotel again next time we come out to Penticton.

We had a wonderful time here the staff was great. It was right across the street from the beach. They have lots of space to have barbecues which were provided. They even provide beach towels if you forgot them.

Good location, unit had been recently renovated. Unfortunately reno lacked attention to detail, paint job in the bathroom was just bad, shower taps (hot/cold) had been hooked up backwards. Toilet seat is the wring one for that toilet and slides all over the place.

It was very clean with lots of modern and thoughtful extras including touch activated table lamps with usb chargers, smart tv, makeup removing wipes, bottled water, french coffee press, towels for the beach across the street with a drop of basket for the used towels located next to a foot washing station
