I love staying at this hotel! The customer service was super excellent, the staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. The pool is beautiful. The hotel is beautiful! The rooms are spotless, very comfortable, and have a gorgeous view. It has a lovely restaurant, but I haven't visited it yet! I've stayed here twice already and will return every time I travel to Puerto Rico! My favorite hotel!! 100% RECOMMENDED!

Rooms can br improved by replacing the old box/springs mattresses for soft top ones. Currently mattresses are too hard to sleep on, specially people with back amd paon problems.
