Pool broke ice cold. Luke warm hot tub jets barely work. There was hair and bugs floating in hot tub. No cable tv or any channels . Super pissed , i have stayed here multiple times last couple months. I booked it with 11 yr old son so we could swim and chill in room and watch a movie or something. What a let down and on top they charged $300 deposit ! The was nothing on website about everthing being down or out of service and still charge 300. Their own shot is broken why change so much. Not happy at all. Might just start foing to stoney creek inn.

The bathtub faucet leaked (a stream, not a dribble) and they didn't fix it the first time I asked. Next day it was "fixed" until I took a shower, then started up again. No bathroom venting. I spilled something on the carpet and when I blotted it up the cloth I used was black with dirt/grime. Gross. They upgraded me at check-in, which was nice, and they do have a fair-enough breakfast but otherwise would not recommend. The last time I stayed there the heating/cooling unit was not working well (blasting full fan cooling 24/7) and I couldn't get anyone interested in fixing it for me. I know this hotel is at a lower price point, but you can get a lot better for not much more money

We originally was placed in a room where the heat was not working. The room was freezing, we went to the front desk to let them know and the attendant told us he had previously reported the heater. Besides that everything else was okay. We went to the pool while they found us another room.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. It seemed to be in a good location near shops and restaurants. Even though our room was on the first floor next to the elevator we weren't disturbed by any noise. The deluxe room was wonderful. We had so much space. The pool was chilly, but we enjoyed our time in hot tub.
