Lumberyard Lofts - 15 Bedrooms By Lake Pepin

Lumberyard Lofts is a spacious condo complex just a block up from Lake Pepin. Designed to host large family and guest gatherings for local weddings and retreats, the Lumberyard offers 8 tastefully decorated condos ranging from a charming studio to a luxury 4 bedroom, and every size in-between! Breeze Condo offers luxury accommodations for up to 13 and has the largest gathering spaces among the condos, including two living rooms, a private yard with lake views, and a spacious kitchen.

Each condo offers a full kitchen, at least one full bathroom, and additional gathering spaces like patios, decks and spacious loft living rooms and dining areas. There are two large soaking tubs, including a jetted tub for two, and a bonus Murphy bed for a total of 9 bathrooms, 15 bedrooms, 16 beds, 1 pull-out sofa, and optional airbed-in-a-bag kits available for a small rental fee, which include 2 full/queens and 4 twins, and more can be made available by requesting ahead. Ohh, and there's a hidden getaway for kids, plus a secret passage too!

The Pepin Beach and Marina are just one block away, as well as the Harbor View Cafe, the Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum and other fabulous Pepin attractions. Villa Bellezza is just 1 mile away, and the Hidden Meadow and Barn is 5 miles, and Woods & Co is 1.7 miles.

Inside each condo we offer a full compliment of pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, etc. We provide dish soap, spices, oil and a small selection of tea. Bring your own coffee supplies, food, beverages, sunblock and mosquito repellant. We also provide towels for use in the home, soap, shampoo and conditioner and a full basket of beach towels and bags for you to use during your stay. Outside, enjoy plenty of lounge chairs, fire pits and grill areas. There's plenty of parking, plus an EV charger (14-50 plug) on the property for your use.

- Breeze Condo has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a bonus second living room. 1 king bed and 3 queen beds. Breeze offers the largest gathering space in the building with two living rooms, a game room and a private yard with lake views. In-unit laundry.
- Raindrop Condo has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with jetted tub, and a large deck and is pet-friendly. 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. Raindrop and Breeze connect through a secret interior passageway.
- Mist Condo has 1 bedroom and a charming private yard, and is pet-friendly. 1 king bed and 1 pull-out queen sofa. Mist is right next to Raindrop.
- Dewdrop Condo is a studio with full kitchen and bathroom, but no living room. 1 king bed. One step to enter.
- Starshine Condo has 1 bedroom and a full living room and kitchen. 1 king bed, and sparkly glow-in-the-dark stars! One step to enter.
- Eclipse Condo has 2 bedrooms and charming fairly lights throughout, and is a good gathering space. 2 king beds. Eclipse, Dewdrop and Starshine share an interior connected hallway and a communal laundry room.
- Moonbeam Condo has 2 bedrooms and a lovely loft living room, plus it's adjacent to one of the outdoor patio areas with fire pit and gathering chairs. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed. In-unit laundry.
- Sunbeam Condo has 2 bedrooms and a bonus Murphy bed in the living room, and a large kitchen. 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 1 full-sized Murphy bed.

All units can accommodate additional rentable airbeds.
