This hotel is in a very high traffic area. I had trouble sleeping because of it. It’s no closet to hand up your things, no Mini fridge, no iron or board and none of the staff spoke any English. I feel front desk staff members should speak some because they never know who will be visiting.

Sinceramente nos equivocamos al seleccionar este hotel porque esta en el centro de Pereira, el area en la noche y madrugada no es muy agradable. Decidimos irnos a otro hotel donde nos sentimos mas seguros, adicional nuestra habitación no tenia aire acondicionado, y las persianas entraba la luz de la calle.

Our room type was double booked and my family and I had to sleep in 2 separate rooms (non connecting) for the 1st night. No basic amenities (iron, fridge, water) Bathroom was not clean. Not enough towels. Breakfast was included but avoid eating there unless you have 2 hours to kill.

This hotel is located at a noisy street intersection and kids had a hard time going to sleep early. There were homeless people around the area in the evening. The hotel did not have breakfast buffet. The hotel room did not have coffee machine, air conditioner or a ceiling fan. The room and bathroom was ok.

The hotel was okey, the room didn't have a wardrobe or fridge wich is really needed, the beds were good and so was the breakfast. The people were attentive though but I don't know if I would stay there again.

This was an amazing hotel. They were beyond excellent in service and kindness. Their attentiveness to my whole family was outstanding. They were always kind to my mother who needed help often. The breakfast was great.. I would highly recommend this location. Their kindness goes a long way. They are always happy to help with anything. The owners went out of their way to help accommodate my mom.

Very clean and quiet place. Staff very friendly always caring of all guesses. Un lugar muy limpio y silencioso. De muy buen gusto la decoracion. El personal muy amable y siempre atento a todos los huéspedes.
