It's a spectacular place to rest, disconnect from the city, and connect with nature. The gastronomic offerings are excellent, as well.

Wonderful property, food was good (just not the usual Colombian food, but still good). Pool and spa are great, the property hosts daily walks to the river and meditation sessions. Overall easy to get to the highway and it’s pretty safe. Only downside was that there really wasn’t much hot water for showers and the lighting in the rooms is very dim plus no mirrors (I think it’s just for the aesthetic of the property though). Overall great would stay here, staff is very helpful.

There is no TV, poor lighting several steps around and when it rains it’s not safe to walk around, the bathroom has a very small sink and small mirror, floors are super cold and shower drain gets blocked, the Resturant is really one Star, the staff are friendly , the road to this property is a real challenge , beware when you book here , overall we had a bad experience , will never come back

Middle of nature reserve , beautiful verdant location. Wonderful included breakfast . We had dinner twice at the restaurant , was delicious and flavorful . Staff attentive. New property, some advertised facilities are not available - No spa, airport shuttle as advertised . Rooms were nice size and rustic to go with natural reserve theme .They have some issues with drainage , Bathrooms were smelly , very offputting . Room configuration bit weird - doorway to shower area . No doors to shower , only half glass door with full visibility of shower from room . Other Glass wall of shower faces outer hallway - can easily fix with some curtains. Overall nice , with a few tweaks can be better .

During our 5-night stay, we had several issues that significantly impacted our experience: 1. No hot water in the room. 2. We were assigned the wrong room despite paying for an upgrade to a better one. 3. Room service was forgotten on two out of the five nights, and we had to ask for it to be done. 4. Lack of privacy – people can easily see through the window while you're showering, and you can hear everything happening in other rooms. 5. The spa was out of service and couldn’t be used. 6. There was no TV in the room. 7. Poor service – the staff was inattentive and unresponsive. Overall, we found this stay to be overpriced given the issues we mentioned.

Unico de principio a fin

El hotel es genial, una oportunidad única para desconectarse de y relajarse. El servicio del Spa es increíble con un personal amable y muy capacitado. El restaurante también es una locura los platos son exquisitos y el staff se toma su tiempo y esfuerzo en hacer de un experiencia inolvidable. Finalmente el sendero del no tiempo con nuestro guía Juan Yarik no se lo pueden perder. No puedo esperar para volver

Es un lugar bonito, con personal de recepción y bar amables. Oportunidad de mejora: En las habitaciones hace falta acondicionador, toallas para manos o faciales, vasos, percheros… El hotel debe tener reserva de agua. Él finde que estuvimos no hubo agua y nos tocó irnos sin bañarnos… La señora Lina García que apoya en el desayuno tiene poco sentido de pertenencia con su trabajo y espacio. Su actitud y comportamiento lo reflejò. La piscina estaba fría!
