The accommodation

The apartment is on one floor of 150 square meters and is characterized by a large living room with a dining table for 8 people, a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV and a relaxation corner for reading a good book. The living area is particularly bright and welcoming thanks to the entirely windowed east wall that gives access to a large terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake, perhaps while having breakfast or sipping an excellent glass of Trentino white. The kitchen is modern and habitable, equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and an espresso machine.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area consisting of a room with a French bed and two double rooms, one of which with a balcony for a total of 6 beds. All rooms are equipped with comfortable closets to store your clothes. Two bathrooms will allow you greater comfort and privacy, both are equipped with shower and window. There is also a laundry / boiler room.
You will be pleasantly surprised by this comfortable, welcoming and design environment, where you will feel at home.

The heating system is of the autonomous floor type for maximum comfort, with condensing boiler and solar panels, in full respect of the environment.

On the ground floor a large exclusive porch and a garage will allow you to accommodate up to 5 cars in comfort.

Guest Access

The entire apartment will be accessible and fully available to guests.

Interaction with guests

Once the booking is confirmed you will be sent via email all the information on how to reach the apartment and the necessary information.

You will be given the keys, in order to guarantee you the maximum possible autonomy during your stay.

However, I remain available for any clarifications and requests.

The district

The apartment is located in Frazione Valcanover (Municipality of Pergine), on the shores of the beautiful Caldonazzo lake, a true oasis of peace surrounded by meadows, mountains and woods, ideal for those who love tranquility, nature, walks and sport .
On the lake you can practice many water sports, having fun trying wind surfing, sailing, canoeing and is the only lake in Trentino where you can practice water skiing. Do you love the beach? Caldonazzo will not disappoint you with its beaches, both free and equipped. On the lake you can also go fishing after asking for a permit. Its banks are full of paths suitable for walking, on the banks runs the Valsugana cycle path, perfect also for those who are not trained with its 80 km almost all on the flat. The rich birdlife will make birdwatchers happy.
The village of Caldonazzo will welcome you with its ancient Court, also known as Castello Trapp that will make you make a balance back in time until the Middle Ages, the era that gave Trentino its magnificent castles.
In just 15 minutes by car you will be in Levico, with the Terme, while Trento is only 20 km away.
During the winter season you can visit the typical Christmas markets of Levico, Trento and Pergine, ideal for discovering the magnificent craftsmanship of these alpine valleys.
Trentino and the surrounding area of the lake are a real paradise for lovers of good food and wine, with the possibility of visiting the cellars and even apple plantations.
Finally at 25 km there are the ski slopes of Folgaria.

A tour around

Near the apartment you will find a Mini Market, a greengrocer, a nautical club, beaches, some restaurants, a bus stop and an ATM. At the San Cristoforo railway station (1.4 km) you can take a train to Trento or Levico and Valsugana.
Also in San Cristoforo you will also find a bakery, a pharmacy and other services.
