Hair Everywhere ! Gross!

First, my husband and I checked in around 6:30 p.m. We had somewhere to be at 7:00, so we basically dropped off our bags, freshened up, and headed out. When we returned, I was able to take a thorough look at the room. The chair was covered in hair—dog hair or something similar—it was absolutely disgusting. We were transferred to another room, which was an accessible room, but the bathroom was not clean; there was hair on the floor. It was not a great stay for me. The highlight was that all the staff were very nice. However, I would not stay here again.

The room was stuffy/hot the whole time. The second night we stayed our room smelled of marijuana the whole time. Even after telling the hotel staff-- they supposedly investigated and purified the room.The rooms definitely need some updating as well.

Two problems. First, the fire alarm went off around Midnight and the issue was not resolved for approximately 30 minutes. Second, the toilet in our room did not work and when we asked for a repair, the toilet wasn't fixed.

Love the location of this hotel. The bar and the outside restaurant is great. The rooms are clean and some have a fantastic view of the Delaware. Our room was super clean and modern. Price point was competitive. Staff was VERY friendly. Parking valet was quick and nice. A great hotel that I will return to next time I'm in town.

We checked into our room with an overflowing toilet. Called the front desk immediately and said they would send somebody up waited almost a half hour called again and somebody brought us up towels for ME to clean it up. Called down for a third time And after telling them, I’m not cleaning up somebody else’s mess. They finally brought somebody up to snake out the toilet. They wouldn’t even switch us to a different room

Great water views! Facility and our room were clean. Parking garage behind building was convenient. I would recommend using valet if you or anyone in your party has trouble getting around ( decent walk + 2 elevators to get to lobby).

The room we had, a Classic Queen Room with two beds, was very tastefully maintained with the cleanliness you'd expect from a Hilton property. We only stayed for one night. My son and I attended a concert, while my wife stayed in the room. We were on the 17th floor and we had an excellent view of the Delaware River and the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, which was beautiful at night-time. While we had no issues with the room itself, it must be said that there is no room service available, even though that is one of the options available according to the Menu button on the television. Also, they advertise free Wi-Fi. But that's only if you sign up to be a Hilton Club member, which we didn't because we actually do not stay with Hilton that much when we travel. Also, the self-park Parking Garage is a little tricky to navigate because there is very little space to drive around while you're trying to find a parking space. And the enterance to the parking garage is on a little side street that looks like a construction zone and it can be easy to miss if you don't know what to look for. And finally, in my personal opinion, the price to self-park is a little pricey at $55 a night. Valet parking is $65 a night. Very expensive in my opinion. But other than these negative issues, everything else including our room was nice. I almost forgot to mention the breakfast buffet at the Keating Restaurant was decent. Nothing fancy, but good basic eats. But also a little pricey at $23 pp.
