View was amazing. The balcony was so peaceful and beautiful but we only sat outside early mornings or late evenings...which was ruined by the heavy smokers below us. 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 nights was ridiculous. FYI kitchen soap behind trash can. Unfortunately, the bed and pillows were not comfortable.

The place was clearly not cleaned when we visited. There were big dust bunnies on the floor next to the bed, cobwebs and dead bugs in corners. The floor was dirty, not wiped and I don't know what else wasn't clean. The tea kettle had residue in it and there were spiders in the shower and other areas. The only reason this place isn't 1 star is because of the location and the views of lake Como.
