Beautiful villa of 3 years, exceptional environment, particularly quiet and yet 5 minutes walk from the village center. The garden of 2000 m2 is enclosed and planted with many Mediterranean species (olive trees, pines, palm trees, eucalyptus, oleander, citrus, ...). A kitchen area and 3 chickens will offer fresh products (and organic!). Two outdoor tables, one on a terrace of 100 m2 and the other in the shade of tall pines will allow you to eat outside. sunbeds and hammock to rest. A pool of 10 by 5 m, secure (fence and alarm) will allow you to swim and cool off. The high position of the house allows you to enjoy very pretty views (plain of Avignon, Mont Ventoux, lace Montmirail, village of Pernes fountains) and beautiful sunsets! On Saturday morning the market of Pernes will bring you many regional products. the village of pernes has all the amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, shops ...) and organizes festivities throughout the summer! the house is 20 km from Mont Ventoux and Luberon, 25 km from Avignon, 40 km from the Alpilles and Saint Remy de Provence, 85 km from Marseille and 85 km from the Camargue .... Activities are legion in the surrounding area: hiking, biking, mountain climbing, via feratta, canoe (8 km), swimming pools, horse riding, golf (10 km), ....
Regarding the price of the rental we provide a decreasing price depending on the rental period: for 2 weeks 3200 € (1600 per week) plus 100 € (cleaning) is 3300 €, for 3 weeks 4500 € (1500 per week) more 100 (household) is 4600 €.
