On a beautiful property, in a quiet area, and adjoining the owners' villa, this cottage is very comfortable. Through a separate entrance, you access the equipped kitchen open to the living room and its lounge area where wrought iron and wood blend harmoniously (140cm BZ sofa bed designed for 2 people). Through a sliding door, a bathroom with walk-in shower and integrated toilet. The bedroom has two 80*200 beds which can be joined to create a 160 bed. A deposit of €50.00 will be required for the gate remote control. The plus: everything is included - beds made on arrival, towels and table linen provided as well as heating (electric underfloor). The swimming pool shared with the owners (6m * 12m and depth from 1.10m to 1.58m) is at your disposal and accessible only in summer (children must be accompanied). Come and relax on your small private terrace or in the large garden. For the more athletic, there are beautiful walks in the Seillon forest and enjoy the peace and quiet of the place.
