A stone's throw from the city center, this beautiful house welcomes you in the hills of Perros-Guirec, a large seaside resort with casino, thalassotherapy center and sailing school. The large enclosed garden overlooks the harbor. A mix of antique furniture and modern elements makes for a cozy living ambiance. The property is located halfway between the two extensive beaches of Trestraou and Trestignel, both of which are supervised during peak season and equipped with children's playground equipment. A variety of small rocky coves are easily accessible, especially Les Arcades near the port.
