Large house that has been entirely renovated, with panoramic view of the sea in two of its bedrooms, of the terrace and of the living room/dining room. There is a stunning view over the marina entrance of Perros-Guirec and over the Louannec Bay. Built on the hillside, in a very quiet area minutes away from down town, it is close by foot or by bicycle, to the market, the main shops, the beaches and even the skate park. It is a bright house, with south-facing, a garden, a garage and two off-street parking spaces. It offer five bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten persons. You will enjoy a small fenced in garden in front of the house and an other garden levels behind the house. Free shuttle bus stop for the beaches at 200m away from the house. Arrivals are on Saturdays from 4 p.m, and departures are the next Saturday before 10 a.m.
