This place is anything but ordinary! The "Entire West Barn" includes 2 living spaces: Highbanks (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) and Southview (3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom)
The property is great for large groups (sleeps 10-14) & is an ideal location for large families or groups of friends! It overlooks Letchworth State Park & is minutes from Main Street Perry and Silver Lake!
There are farm animals, a zebra & Camel that reside on property that you will have the opportunity to enjoy.

We are set up for self check in at each living space. You will likely see myself or caretaker at some point during your stay as we care for the animals on property.

We are a very quiet residential countryside neighborhood with impeccable views. We are very lucky to have close access to Letchworth State Park.

Ample FREE off street parking is available on site.

It's best to drive to our location as there are not uber/lifts available at all times

Your stay at the West Barn will include use of the property and its West Barn living spaces. Wether you are a large family, a professional retreat or just a group of friends looking for a fun unique getaway- this is the place for you!

The RW How West barn- "Highbanks" is an industrial vintage paradise. The space features a beautiful chefs kitchen, the tallest door you've ever seen & happy sprinkles of green details throughout. This space sleeps 4-6 with 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa.
Beds include: 1 King, 1 queen, 1 queen sofa pullout bed

The RW How West barn- "Southview" is an industrial boho escape! This space includes the incredible silo living space, along with an enormous soaking tub & hammocks to get some R&R. Terra Cotta & Matte black details adorn the space throughout creating an ultra modern feel. This space sleeps 6-8 in 3 bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed or Courdaroy "bed" (good for kids).
Beds include: 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 courdaroy (queen)- great for kids!

The 2 spaces connect via a center service hallway. We will leave the hallway open for you and you can keep it that way or close for more privacy amongst your group if you wish.

The real fun on property happens out back at the animal barn where our 4 legged friends are ready and waiting to welcome you to the property! Maisy the zebra, Sandy the camel and all of their friends! Did you know Camel's love banana's! We recommend packing bananas and animal crackers.

Parking is not an issue for up to 8 cars. Special arrangements will need to be made for more than 8 cars- no parking on grass.
