Parking is located on the side of the house. There are 4 entrance doors on the 1st floor. Your access code will open all 4 of these entrances.

The 1st floor has a mudroom, kitchen, dining room, sunroom, sitting room, living room, and bathroom. The first floor is common area use for all guests.

The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 common area bathroom.

The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms. They both have their own private bathrooms. One is a suite with 2 bedrooms, one geared for children. The kids room can sleep 8. The adult room in the suite has a king size bed. There is no common area use on the 3rd floor.

We had one issue with Water & the Owner John took care of it right away. There were 12 of us & we all loved our rooms & the house. Lots of space & we brought in the new years playing games at the big table. Unfortunately the casino was like 3 minutes away & we all lost money there. Lol.

This house was amazing it was like being home away from home with 3 combined households staying there. There was plenty of room for everyone. The only thing that I would recommend is fixing up the area where the fire pit and grill is a bit to make it more inviting. But overall I give this house a ten

Beautiful Home away from Home

This home could not have been more perfect! We got married yesterday in Churchville MD and needed a place to stay for the weekend for our big event and we couldn’t have been any more pleased with this home. It was definitely a beautiful, one of kind, comfortable home away from home ☺️ if we ever are in this area again, we would definitely book this home if available. Thank you Mr. John for having us! It was perfect!
