Cosy Luxe bedroom in Beechboro - 12km from Perth Airport
My beautiful recently built 4X2 house is located just 12km from the perth Airport, about 14km from the city, and 16km to the beautiful Scarborough beach area.
It has plenty of accessible public transport along my street, and a couple of turns from major north and south highways that will allow you to get to wherever you need in Perth with ease. Ooh and did I mention Aldi, Woolworths, IGA within 5 minute walking distance to get groceries and plenty of restaurants/ fast food around very close by for my fellow foodies also.
Your private room has its own adjacent bathroom equipped with your own bath tub, black out roller shutters so that you can sleep any time of day in complete darkness, a huge new kitchen to cook in, a comfy living area with a massive 75inch TV to watch your favourite show or movie on, or can utilise my theatre room for a more immersive movie watching experience.
I'm a very genuine and laid-back open minded host so transparency and empathy are my hosting values. And my dog Simba is always up for pats and cuddles to make your stay all the more memorable haha. Hope to meet you soon!
