We strive to offer our guests privacy while remaining readily available for any questions or concerns. Note that for issues like being locked out or losing your keys, fees apply: $300 for lost keys/fobs, $100 for lockouts from 8AM to 8PM, and $200 for lockouts from 8PM to 8AM.

About the area

Located on the waterfront, this holiday home is in Silver Sands, a neighborhood in Mandurah. Mandurah Performing Arts Center and Mandurah Community Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Old Blythewood and Hall's Cottage. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at South Yunderup Oval or Pinjarra Race Club. Jet skiing, kayaking and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours nearby.

Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage.

Access details will be provided prior to arrival once a quick ID and card verification is completed via our secure guest portal (similar to a hotel check-in). A security hold is placed on your card as required by our insurer and is automatically released shortly after your departure.

A refundable $750 security hold may be required prior to check-in. This is securely processed and automatically released after your stay once the property has been checked.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request (subject to availability).
Cleaner wait time is charged at $50 per hour. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior.
