Good location in the CBD. Poor check-in experience - no one answered the check in phone and had to go to the bar to get someone to let us into our room which involved waiting for much longer than expected. Room was clean and had good facilities but at night noise travelled from the pub and light came in from around the door.

The staff is very nice and it’s in a great location. It is a converted old building; just remember that Australia had a lot of bugs. The shower and bed are fine.

We really liked the location and the room was lovely but it smelt like old smoke like someone had been smoking in the room. It went through the linen. A bit of a shame but other than that it was really nice
