Wake up on the water and spend your days fishing, crabbing, kayaking or simply unwinding on the huge covered canal-front deck. This spacious waterfront home offers a private jetty, open-plan living, fast WiFi, air-conditioning and plenty of room for families, friends and boating groups. Watch the sunset over the canal, enjoy the peaceful neighbourhood atmosphere, and explore Mandurah, local cafés and the Murray River just a short drive away.

We are very contactable and will help out at any time. Please message us and we will get back to you soon as possible. Please be aware that unless urgent, guests should be patient with us after hours as we like our team members to be able to spend some quality time with their families. We prefer to use the Airbnb app to receive messages and this is the quickest and most efficient way to reach us.

We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Well-behaved pets are welcome. A $150 per pet, per stay fee applies and can be arranged through our guest portal before arrival.
