Was in walking distance of Perth CBD. Not suitable if you have a car as there isn't any onsite car parking. We had to juggle with street side parking and there weren't any vouchers available for cheaper parking at a car park.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Accommodation was perfect - just off CBD but a short walk to the Elizabeth Quay bus and train station to get connected anywhere from Yanchep in the north to as far down as Mandurah. Not a place to get a car as there are no lots, but Perth’s great transportation network did not warrant me getting one, although I usually get a car whenever I travel to Australia.

Good proximity to Ki gs Park and Mou ts Bay hospital. Parking is problematic. Kitchenette is useful. No real views. Our fridge was noisy. Friendly staff and good communications.

Quest mounts bay offers reasonably priced modern apartments at the base of Jacobs ladder, hence close to Kings Park. The kitchen was well equipped enabling us to prepare meals, there was a washer and dryer too. There is a decent cafe on the 1st floor and a few other eating options nearby. Only issues are transport to the city involves infrequent bus or walking 15 mins, and our apartment had only a view of the steps and no opening windows. Be careful that on arrival google maps does not direct you to the top of the steps (cliff st) as very difficult going down (or up) with luggage

It's a good property in terms of accommodation, but it's a bit far from restaurants and cafés, but it's possible to walk or get a bus if necessary. I've been there to relax, so always had a good experience. Missed the VIP amenity, but was offered a room upgrade that was kind of strange as I was upgraded to a disability room.

Conference stop in Perth

Kings Park is a great location. This was a great property. The "studio king' suite had everything you needed, but as usual just a little bit 'tight' for two people.

No on-site parking, arvo shift staff.. she was very nice and helpful. Help getting blanket and bed sheets, also showed me where the vending machine was. Very happy overall but disappointed that there was no on-site parking or valet. Won’t be coming back due to inconvenience but I’m happy staff was very nice and friendly.

Room size was Ok, Telstra Mobile reception is terrible at this place, Wifi was showing right speed and couldn't even any social media, not sure that was Apple security or something else. I stay for 4 nights then extended for 3 nights and later for 2 nights. I requested for a refund for last night due to work finished early but they refused to refund which was disappointing after staying there for 8 nights.
