We utilize minut noise aware sound monitoring devices in all our properties. They are set to the legal sound limit of 80 decibels or higher, for ten minutes or more. This is the sound of a pound lawn mower or 2 stroke engine. Please keep the noise levels below this, as anything reaching this level is breaking the house rules and the local government law.


Opening the gate by using the phone:
For guests to operate it, the person at the gate simply types “62#” and the phone upstairs will ring .
The guest inside the apartment just needs to press the # button on the phone to open the gate for people on the street.
