APARTMENT: THREE-ROOM APARTMENT INSIDE AN ANCIENT CASTLE WITH PANORAMIC POOL

Nestled in the verdant Umbrian hills, in a panoramic location between Perugia and Assisi, our 13th-century Castel D'Arno Guest House has been completely renovated and is surrounded by a magnificent garden with roses and olive trees, complete with a panoramic swimming pool. It enjoys a strategic location near numerous cities of particular tourist interest (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi, Spello, etc.). Furthermore, we are just steps from Sant'Egidio Airport, a recently established hub for international low-cost airlines (Ryanair, etc.).

IL CORTILE Apartment
Located on the first floor, overlooking the castle's characteristic courtyard. Very bright and with a panoramic view, this well-furnished three-room apartment (62 sq m) comprises a double bedroom with a sofa bed; a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed upon request); a bathroom; a living room with a double sofa bed; and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation (dishes, towels, linens, tablecloths, ceiling fans, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, etc.).

The price includes towels, linens, tablecloths, and all water, electricity, and gas for cooking. For groups of 12 or more, we offer our Pizza Night, with pizzas cooked in our wood-fired oven, a brick barbecue in the garden (with tables and chairs), and access to our panoramic pool with loungers and a beach umbrella. We also have a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board (free of charge).
