Located on the first floor. It overlooks our garden with 20 olive trees and other species, as well as the swimming pool. It is a characteristic 42 sq m two-room apartment. The first room features a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, a double bed, and a single sofa bed, while the second room has two single beds. Nestled in the green Umbrian hills, in a panoramic position between Perugia and Assisi, our Castel D'Arno Guest House, dating back to the 13th century, has been completely renovated and is surrounded by a magnificent garden with roses and olive trees, including a panoramic swimming pool. It is strategically located near many cities of particular tourist interest (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi, Spello, etc.). We are also just a short walk from Sant'Egidio Airport, a recent hub for international low-cost airlines (Ryanair, etc.). The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay pleasant (bathroom linens, bed linens, kitchen towels, dishes, cookware, ceiling fan, etc.). The price includes: bath linens, bed linens, table linens, and all utilities (water, electricity, cooking gas, and air conditioning). We also offer Pizza Night for groups of 12 or more, made in our characteristic wood-fired oven, a brick barbecue located in the garden (with tables and chairs), and access to our panoramic swimming pool with deckchairs, sun loungers, and an umbrella. We also have a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board (free of charge). If you need an internet connection, the apartment is equipped with WiFi.
