PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Luisa is a private villa with pool and sea view in Pesaro, in Le Marche region. The elegant historic city center offers many art-historical itineraries and every evening shows and events enliven the summer, like the famous Rossini Opera Festival. Surrounded by a large park rich in plants and centuries-old olive trees, this villa is the ideal place to relax in total privacy and enjoy pleasant days at the beach on the Adriatic coast, which is about 5 km away. Guests have access to a bright panoramic veranda perfect for al fresco eating as well as a barbecue area equipped with table and chairs. The property is completely fenced-in.

The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there is an open space with living room and kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom (beds can be joined upon request) with the possibility of adding an extra single bed. On the first floor which is accessible via internal staircase or from the outside there is a large living room with dining table and panoramic terrace, kitchen, bathroom with Jacuzzi, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Guests have access to a large veranda equipped with table and chairs accessible both from the outside and from the ground floor. Air conditioning is available in the open space and in one double bedroom on the ground floor, as well as in two double bedrooms on the first floor.
