Perfect Family Condo yards from the base of the Mountain with tennis courts right out back door. Large enough for 3 families, this condo is a perfect, ground level, spacious condo to enjoy on or off the slopes. Very short walk to Avalanche Bay Waterpark. With only one condo building in front of this one, it's a hop, skip and jump to the base of the Boyneland lift. There is parking directly in front of the condo to make it easy to load and unload luggage and equipment. All of the Boyne Mountain shops, restaurants and activities are walking distance from this condo.

This condo offers three bedrooms, each with two queen beds with new mattresses and enough additional space to accommodate a pack n play or an aero mattress. There are also three full baths, two of which are en suite. The living area includes a fireplace, sleeper sofa as well as two dining tables. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to enjoy a night of home cooking!

Perfect hopping off place to enjoy Deer Lake, just over the mountain, or a short ride into Boyne City and Lake Charlevoix. Petosky, Charlevoix and East Jordan are a 20 minute drive away. Mackinaw Island only an hour.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Boyne Vacation

We stayed here for a few days after Christmas. The skiing was not great, due to rainy weather, but the property and location were great. The only hitch was that our microwave did not work. I called the manager who promptly responded and we had a new microwave first thing in the morning. Had a great time!

Nice property for our group (5 adults, 2 kids). Bedrooms are spacious and three bathrooms are great. The living area is a bit small but the kids used the bedroom for gaming and watching tv. The kitchen is small but we only needed it for breakfast and making snacks. We had everything we needed in the way of utensils and pans. The resort has restaurants we enjoyed.

Great location

Nice condo, large bedrooms and it had everything we needed. It’s very close to the lifts and perfect location for our kids to walk to the arcade and candy shop! The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Boyne Mountain Condo

Overall, a very nice condo and very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and utensils, along with coffee pots, a griddle, pots and pans and so on. The kitchen workspace is kind of small but we made it work. No problem. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean but dated. The sitting room is a little cramped and I would think that having multiple families could create a space problem. These are old condominiums that probably need to be remodeled at some point. However, a very nice place to spend a weekend with our family. I would stay here again.

Great fall getaway

We took our kids for a getaway to the waterpark. Great fun for the whole family. The condo was awesome! Plenty of room for all of us to spread out and even get some time alone, if desired. We love the area! Always so much to do. This trip the colors were incredible, the golf was good, and the waterpark was a blast! We’ll be back for sure
