Excellent low cost hotel

It was a fabulous low cost hotel. The room was spacious. The shower was excellent The staff was terrific. The bed very comfortable.

Hotel muito mal cuidado com a pintura mal feita, reboco caindo, azulejos que parecem barracos de favela. Além disso, o hotel anuncia que tem restaurante e serviço de quarto - o que é uma MENTIRA!!! Pelo mesmo preço, existem opções muito melhores na cidade. O dono fica circulando de camiseta e chinelo pela propriedade sem nenhum postura de profissional do setor hoteleiro. Nenhum funcionário usa uniforme - seguindo o exemplo do dono. Jamais voltaria nesse hotel e não recomendo a ninguém.

Tive q mudar de quarto, pois o produto usado na limpeza tinha cheiro muito forte. O pessoal da cozinha era simpatico, mas da recepçao nao. A localizaçao é otima. O vaso sanitario do quarto 109 esta solto e exala mal cheiro.

Localização muito boa, aparência geral agradável, café excelente, porém necessita manutenções (por exemplo, esquadria da janela do banheiro solta e janela não permanecia aberta), empreendimento aparentemente novo em região fria e o condicionador de ar não tem o ciclo de aquecimento.

Quarto confortável e instalações bem cuidadas, cama boa, toalhas um pouco desgastadas e duras. Fiquei no 6o andar mas é possível ouvir o burburinho do café, que estava bem cheio. Bom café da manhã.

Muito barulhento

Fomos bens atendidos pela equipe, porém o hotel peca quanto a condição acústica. Se ouve muito barulho dos corredores. As camareiras já as 9:00h am, ficam falando alto e fazendo muito barulho. Foi difícil descansar!!! Uma pena! Um bom hotel, porém precisa melhorar.

Gostei das instalações e da localização. Check in rápido porém sem cortesia (funcionária sequer sorriu, deu um bem-vindo ou olhou nos olhos). Quarto muito barulhento (não estou me referindo à rua), ouvia a voz do vizinho, os carrinhos de limpeza são terríveis, qualquer uso de água do apto acima, enfim, não pude dormir após as 7:30 dia nenhum (e fomos à Teresópolis para um evento que terminava no início da madrugada). Voltaria em outra oportunidade que precise acordar cedo.
