Chalé extremamente agradável, espaçoso, reservado e com vista para mata fica ainda mais confortável. O atendimento da equipe da pousada é maravilhoso também, sempre disponíveis e atenciosos. Outro ponto que merece elogios é o café da manhã servido no chalé. Sem dúvidas um diferencial que faz o dia começar melhor e mais tranquilo! A localização também é ótima, fica ha 5 minutos de carros do centro e dos principais restaurantes da cidade. Gostamos muito e com certeza vamos voltar e recomendar para nossos amigos.

O chalé era maravilhoso, super bem mobiliado, com lareira e banheira para tornar o ambiente perfeito. O café é deixado a porta do chalé ( se preferir ou ir no local que é servido). O chalé em si é super limpo, espaço amplo da pousada. Passamos 3 dias super confortável. Os funcionários super prestativos, sempre nos atenderam de forma eficaz, e prestativos. A única coisa que poderia ser dado mais atenção é a limpeza da área da piscina, deixaria o ambiente mais agradável.

Um refúgio aconchegante em Petrópolis

Minha estadia no Chalé 15 foi simplesmente encantadora. Desde o momento da chegada, tudo estava preparado com muito cuidado e organização. O destaque vai para o delicioso café da manhã servido no quarto. Uma experiência única que combina conforto com praticidade. Tudo estava fresquinho e bem apresentado, nos permitindo começar o dia com tranquilidade, sem precisar sair do chalé. A privacidade minha e da minha esposa foi respeitada de forma exemplar, o que nos permitiu aproveitar o descanso com ainda mais leveza. Sem dúvidas, recomendo o Chalés Princesa Isabel a quem busca momentos de paz, cuidado e um toque especial de hospitalidade. O fato de o estacionamento ser bem próximo ao chalé também foi um diferencial, trazendo mais comodidade e segurança para mim e minha esposa.
