A localização não poderia ser melhor. A tranquilidade do condomínio contrasta com boas opções de comércio da região. A casa te conquista logo de cara com uma ótima área que reúne a piscina, o deck e a churrasqueira. Os cômodos são confortáveis e funcionais. Isso tudo com o apoio da Cristina, sempre pronta pra esclarecer algumas dúvidas. Foi uma ótima experiência que tem tudo pra ser repetida, principalmente em dias mais quentes.

Só ouço canto de pássaros...

Se você está a procura de dias de paz e sossego, esta é uma boa opção! O imóvel fica dentro de um condomínio muito tranquilo, com muitas arvores e pássaros. A casa é confortável, arejada e bem prática. Só senti falta de black out nas janelas dos quartos com janelas de vidro. A proprietária, D Christina, é muito atenciosa e simpática. Não é indicada para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção, pois possui escadas.
