A Warm Experience in the Heart of Winter… Bayview Hills Visiting Montenegro in March felt uncertain… but Bayview Hills made it unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the team made us forget the season completely. Nahed and Serhat welcomed us like old friends… always ready to guide us with genuine care. Mr. Yasin constantly checked in with a sincere smile… never out of duty, always from the heart. You could feel Mr. Gökhan’s thoughtful leadership in every detail. One small moment said everything… when our daughter didn’t eat much breakfast, a special cheese plate arrived at our door without us asking. That kindness meant more than words. Miss Zeynep’s daily visits brought both spotless cleanliness and a bright, uplifting energy… her smile truly changed the room. Even with some facilities closed, the view over the Bay of Tivat was more than enough… peaceful, quiet, unforgettable. Honestly… off-season is the best time to come. No crowds, just beauty and people who truly care. Thank you all… we will never forget it.

Dear Vivid Blue Serenity Hotel and Resort, you have my heart all day everyday❤️. This is hands down the best hotel I have ever being to. My first experience of their excellence was their prompt and accomodating responses to my email. I loved Ranka even before physically seeing her. She was the one responding to my emails and the very first staff that we saw. We had a very warm and pleasant welcome. My room decor, my birthday dinner setup, my floating breakfast. Made lots of great memories here. Husband planned a surprise birthday celebration with them and they delivered excellently. I loved every freebie that gave me as the celebrant 😊. The hotel itself and it's environment is serene, sparkling clean and spotless. All the staff we had contact with were nothing short of amazing 😍. Dear Ranka, Milan, Violeta, The chef, the spa therapist who attended to me and another very lovely lady (Milan's colleague at the restaurant). Thank you all so much for being a ray of sunshine. Thank you for radiating so much love and joy. Dear Mr CEO, thank you sir for everything you did and gave us to us during our stay. And the food? Muah! Absolutely delicious 😋. I was always looking forward to breakfast 😌. We had their best seller for my birthday dinner and it was sumptuous (Njeguski steak). Overall, we had an excellent vacation here. Great staff great stay

The hotel is in an ok location. Staff, mostly, is great. Peter especially was so very helpful and kind. The Lighthouse Restaurant was very good and really took care of my gluten free requirements. The two problems were significant enough that I cannot recommend this hotel, nor would I choose to stay again. First, the heat. The hotel is unbearably hot and there is no way to cool the room. This is not acceptable for a hotel that claims 5 stars. The second issue is the smoking. Smoking is allowed on the terrace of the guest rooms. This makes the terrace unusable for non smokers. The people next to us were such heavy smokers that we could not even open our terrace door at times.

I spent a wonderful night in Case Manor Boutique Hotel! The room is very clean and warm. There are a gorgeous view and a fantastic breakfast which impressed me a lot!
